I had a great 60 min experience. Although I did think the elbows on my upper body was a little too much pressure I just asked for him to lighten the pressure and he did. The place was clean and the hot stone at the end was a nice touch. I will be back.

The guy was very aggressive throughout my massage, I had to ask him three different times to go easier. My massage actually HURT majority of the time. When paying at the end I stood there and waited for my change, the manager looks at me as if she’s confused as to why I’m standing there, so I said my change please? ($10 worth) she looks at me then the guy and laughs and holds up a sign that says, “tip me please.” I had every intention to leave a tip for his time BUT not the full $10. So I ask again, “my change please?” She then throws my money on the counter and says “goodbye, good day,” while shooing me off. I was absolutely shocked that not only did she try to keep my change without asking, but she got upset because I didn’t leave what was sufficient to HER. If tips are mandatory gratuity should automatically be added.. looking at previous reviews and seeing this happened to somebody else as well is horrible. Definitely won’t be back.

I sent my beautiful, hard-working queen off for a much-needed self-care day. Hours later, my wife is texting me that her masseuse was constantly clearing his throat and left the room several times in the midst of what was supposed to be a 90-minute session. To top it off, the same manager who did the upsell to the 90-minute massage walks in and says they have to cut the massage short because they became busy with more customers, then tries to rush her out as she’s trying to make sense of what was happening!!! How can justify their actions? That was not only poor customer service, but disrespectful! It doesn’t matter how many customers suddenly show up! A paying customer deserves to get the full service they came for! At best, she could say that the massage therapist was very good at his craft. But the above experience outweighed the skill. We won’t be back.

Unhealthy! Ended my massage early because they had more clients come in. Even though they apologized it was very distasteful and crushing. I am a hard working black mother and mental health advocate and this type of treatment really hurt in times like these. Yes I still left with as much dignity as I could muster but am very appalled and disgusted.

So when I looked at the reviews I had noticed they had a bunch of good the a couple bad out of nowhere. So I decided to see what was up with that. First of all this place is clean. It may be an old building, but it’s clean. 2 yes people they leave the room…….they get your hot stones and towels.and someone said something about them using their elbow. And boy let me tell you what they use their arms, hands and elbows AMAZINGLY. I will be back for sure. I felt like I was gloating when I left.
