Tonight was my first hair appointment, after 9 months into the pandemic. All fears and anxieties were no longer a factor after entering Harmony Hair Studio. My temperature was taken, hand sanitizer was at the door. The salon is perfectly set up for social distancing. Ceiling fans were going for proper ventilation and each seat and each station was disinfected and sanitized prior to the next customer sitting there. Safety is definitely a priority here. On top of all that … I left with beautiful hair!!

The salon has a great atmosphere. The staff and clients appear to mix and gel well together. All of the stylists are professional and provide excellent hair care. I love it!!! My stylist and the studio owner, Kenya, does an exquisite job on my hair….the cost is comparable to other salons, but the service is impeccable.

I will start off saying I love my hair and everyone there was super nice, but time management may be a possible issue for someone on a schedule. It took 6 hours for my appointment to be complete. I had an appointment at 630 pm which i was on time for, but Nina explained an appointment was late which threw everything off. I would suggest like most places if you are late to an appointment 15 mins or more you need to reschedule also when something like that happens a call to let people know the appointment is going to have some adjustments. This inconveniences other clients because of others inconsideration. I left the shop at 1230am. The hairstyle I got was a relaxer and quick weave with 27 piece hair and 8in tracks which had to be cut and styled. A 3 to 3.5 hour hair appt turned into 6 hours that’s too long (3.5 hours was calculated for the productivity of my hair without her doing others.) Mind you I had to be up for work at 4am. I was told I could have called to come in earlier but i did not want to interrupt another’s hair appointment. I will go back tho because everyone deserves a 2nd chance and maybe this is a one time thing I will not assume this is how business is conducted but I hope for future references and the consideration of other clients whether they are 1st time or not I would hope that something is set in place for late comers
