Ingrid does a great job on my lashes but I was very disappointed when the girl who does the scheduling changed my appointment time the day of WITHOUT my consent. If you’re required to pay $50 to cancel appointments, there should be some accountability for them to keep the appointment time you have chosen.

She did most of the facials, massages and tattoos when she first started her business. She must have done a good job in this business because she now has three locations….
