She answered all the questions I had and even told me about certain oils and creams to use for after care. I was an out of state client but I will definitely be back. This was hands down the best lymphatic massage I’ve ever received. I had Maria and she was very sweet, professional, and informative. She answered all the questions I had and even told me about certain oils and creams to use for after care. I was an out of state client but I will definitely be back. My friend originally referred me to her because of how great her experience was. Not to mention the prices are the best in town.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI purchased a Groupon for a massage for both my wife and I to do a couples massage. We each had our own Groupon. When we arrived I presented the Groupons and was told by the staff that they don’t accept Groupons. I showed both staff members the Groupon and they refused to accept it. I demanded they accept it and they said no and to tell Groupon I wanted a refund.I explained that I had owned a business and I was familiar with Groupon and a business just can’t refuse to accept a Groupon. I asked them to get the manager and they said there was no manager there. I said so wanted to speak to the owner. They have me a business card and told me to call the owner.I called the owner and explained what was going on and she said they quit taking Groupons. I explained I had a valid Groupon that was not expired and wanted both the massages that I had paid for. She said she doesn’t take Groupons anymore and I should call Groupon to get a refund. I explained we both had taken the afternoon off work and had driven an hour and a half just to get there. She said call Groupon for your refund. She was totally unprofessional and absolutely did not care.My wife has never agreed to finger a massage in all the years we have been married. This was a big deal for her to even agree to come. Here’s the other thing – the owner cheated us out of a massage and cheated Groupon.Being a business owner who has accepted Groupon I understand how Groupon works. You agree to offer a service at a discount and Groupon also gets a service fee. It works great to get you business. The response is incredible. This owner decided she wanted to cheat the system. She got the exposure on Groupon and now decided not to honor the Groupons and could care less about all of the customers who purchased the Groupon.I would never recommend patronizing a business who cheats customers or other businesses. Positive: QualityI found this wonderful spa on Groupon for a package of 5 Vacuum Butt Treatments back in the middle of Covid in May 2020 as I was in Tampa visiting my daughter from NY and the rest is history!Maria, Claudia and Martha are very friendly and professional and the spa offers so many treatments at amazing prices from Vacuum lifts, Cavitation, Meso, HIFU and IPL laser treatments and hyaluronic acid lip and face treatments and so much more …. I love love love the them all.Maria now has the EMSculpt machine that builds muscle on different parts of your body and I was the 1st to try the machine this week 4/20 for 30 min and it does different contractions and this treatment is equivalent to 20,000 squats and it’s basically painless!Wow, I think I’m in love lol and I highly recommend this service if you want that extra toning and don’t have time for the gym… well call now for an appt for this inexpensive treatment… I guarantee you will love it and I saw results after 1 treatment!I love this place and these ladies have become my friends and I see them now every time I’m in Tampa for standard body maintenance!
