After realizing an upcoming date was rapidly approaching and the roots were really in rough color, it was upon a highly suggested discussion with a friend that I try for an appt. SO with numerous calls into other establishments and one left on a machine (still no return call)I called Harlows and delighted to have met Jenny through the referral of one of her colleagues.. Very personable and dedicated to her profession.. Blended to perfection the gray covered matched to existing color… Quaint Salon! Nail, Pedicure, Facials and Waxing also available.. Very Reasonable! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 🙂
