Hands down my favorite salon! Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in making the entire experience inviting and relaxing. I have been getting hand tied extensions done here for the past 4 years and have always been extremely happy with the quality and attention to detail. I was a client at Harlow for a little over 2 years, I never used to get my hair done just box dye. Jess was great never had an issue. I was originally schedule to do a vivid color and just didn’t seem like she was interested in doing that and said we should try red due to doing that last September (which was great I loved it!) We ended up doing a balayage and left with new shampoo conditioner. I felt Jess talked me out of my vivid because she did not want to do that, which is fine then send me to someone else in the salon who wants to do vivids. My hair is fried and hate this color, I do not feel beautiful at all. I did the whole shebang, wash in cold water, and have done a deep conditioning treat 2-3 times a week for six weeks now. I did contact Harlow via text ( about two weeks after the appointment ). Jess offered a deep conditioning treatment, I did decline because I have been doing them at home, and did not want to go back. I cannot wear my hair down it looks horrendous. It has been 6 weeks no contact from the salon to check in besides being blocked on Instagram by Jess and Harlows page itself. I did end up cancelling all future my appointments with the nail tech and informed her I will not be back due to this hair situation. I have also referred 3 people to this salon. I am afraid to straighten or curl it, it makes it look worse, even with heatless curls.

I love this salon! The girls are so friendly and fun! I have been coming here for years and I wouldn’t trust any other salon. I use the salon for cut and color, gel manicures, and pedicures. I have also used their wedding services and they were the absolute best out of all the services I’ve ever used as part of a wedding party. Highly recommend Harlow!
