I’ve been going to Harlow Gold for a few years now and I’ll have a hard time getting my hair done anywhere else. My hairstylist Jessica is completely amazing and delivers every single time and she’s seen me through a few different hairstyles and colors. It doesn’t stop there, all of the staff that I interact with is so kind helpful and caring. Very clean and cute on the inside. They also got new wash bowls and the chairs are soooooo comfy it puts my to sleep like every time.

I do not like to leave bad reviews. I like to work things out personally, and I understand people make mistakes, stylists do not read minds, and communication misunderstandings can happen. However, after getting semi-permanent darker color, which allegedly does not even have ammonia in it, I am losing hair – in chunks and my scalp burned for 2 months after this service, done by the owner, Sherri. It is still falling out – from the roots, and shorter pieces of breakage, two months later. I have never lost hair before this doomed visit. This is extremely devastating. I booked with her because I wanted someone with a lot of experience. She seemed too busy and treated me like I was an imposition. She was rude and cold the entire time, and had she just told me she was too busy, I would have totally understood, and avoided this disaster all together!

I’ve never left a review before but was encouraged to do so. I really only had contact with Kelly, the woman at the front desk and Savannah was my stylist. Savannah cut my hair back in April. At the end of it one side was too long. No big deal, she fixed it and i was happy. Decided to do a partial balayage with her in late June. I was on a cancellation list and Kelly put me down for 11. Someone reached out asking if they could move me to 12. I have a lot of hair and did say i wanted to make sure there was time but was told someone had already scheduled at 11 so i was moved to 12. This is also the day of another stylists bachelorette party so everyone was kinda rushing. When i got home I noticed that one side was significantly more blonde and there was some awful blending as well (but only on one side). I decided to reach out to the salon through text. No one responded for a few days which i thought was odd since their response time is usually very quick. I decided to double text them. Savannah responded, apologized and squeezed me in the next day. She added more foils on one side but she fixed the blending by adding brown. This wore off after 3 weeks and i had the line in my roots again. I had to cancel an appointment i had an August day of. Kelly and Savannah were nice enough to work with me as i had no prior knowledge of their cancellation policy. They charged me half and would use this as a deposit for my following appointment. Kelly assured me she would make a note of this. My haircut/toning appointment was this past Friday. Again, my hair was too long on one side. I pointed it out to Savannah. She fixed it. She also said she should wear glasses but doesn’t so that was fun. I went to check out and there was no note of my deposit. Someone brought Kelly over and she said “oh, actually what happened was that your payment didn’t go through.” Thank God for payment tracking because i was able to pull up their charge. I guess there was no invoice? I also got home and noticed my curtain bangs were quite uneven as well. I part my hair down the middle so it’s pretty obvious. All this to say that the people are very nice but not detail oriented and in my opinion, definitely not worth the price.

I had the Classic Facial done by Sara Self (Sada). She was excellent! The whole experience was very calming and relaxing. My skin feels younger and brighter, especially underneath my eyes. She also massaged my hands, arms, shoulder and scalp. The whole experience was very soothing. Will definitely go back again!

Absolutely The best salon in NOCO. The shop is convenient to old town, with a warm, friendly vibe. Sage is my main stylist for cuts and amazing color. I do regular blow outs, so have had the chance to work with all of the ladies at least once, and would highly recommend them all! They use excellent products, and do a great job training you on how to work your style at home. Couldn’t be happier!

Namaste salon has been absolutely amazing to me! Savhanna has been my hairstylist for the past year and a half and has worked wonders with my hair. She was the first person I ever let color my hair, and she did not disappoint! Kelly also worked with my tight schedule and fit me in for a spray tan appointment!
