I have been a patient since Claudia was located in a very small space on Ed Carey. Now the staff doesn’t care about me as a long time patient. I was told by the offce mgr. That I seemed unhappy and to feel free to go elsewhere. She was very condescending and did NOT want to listen just kept saying what the office policy is. I was put on hold 2 times for over 10 minutes had to hang up call back. Extremely disappointing

I can’t even begin to express how incredibly blessed I feel to have found this place. The staff is amazing! All the ladies at the front desk, the MAs and Doctor Jensen are so awesome. You’re ALWAYS greeted with a smile. I feel like they’re family when I come in. If I had it my way I could talk for hours with these amazing ladies. Lol. Thank you for all your hard work and the passion you all have to take care of me and everyone else who walks through these doors. God bless you!

Aside from the customer service received from the incredible staff at this facility, there has been numerous times where the team has made me comfortable attempting things I haven’t done before. My IV treatment and EMscult treatments were very new to me and specifically ms levana jilpas comforting me along the way.. I’m beyond excited to join this company to help my body heal and evolve going onto the future.
