I highly highly recommend her, plus she is AWESOME at fixing others mistakes and not trashing your hair when she colors it! ❤️ Been going to her for YEARS!! All the ladies that work there are lovely. Jill Pippin is who I personally use as my stylist and have for several years. She is talented, hard working, and dedicated to her clients ! She will tell you straight if some type of hair style will or wont look good for your type of face shape, etc. I love that about her. I’m from out of town and had a hair emergency! Had a bad dye job done the week before and a lot of my hair was dead. Lokrica took me in last minute and did an an Amazing job! She fixed my color and gave me an awesome cut! Could not be happier! My only complaint is that she is so far away from where I live! Wish I could pack her stuff and take her with me! Soooo very happy! Thank you so much!

I DO NOT recommend this salon at all! I used to go to this salon, but the stylist that used to do my hair does not work there anymore. I had one the owners/stylists recently do my hair – Victoria Loper. She gave me the worst haircut I have ever experienced or ever seen. I have very short, pixie style hair and it’s bleach blond. I didn’t realize just how bad of a job she did until after I left the salon and looked closer in the mirror and saw just how pathetic of a job she actually did. my side burns are uneven, the cut is extremely choppy and there are several uneven, blotches on both sides. I called and spoke with Victoria explaining what I saw and I asked her for my money back so I could have someone else fix it. Victoria Loper talked me into coming back in to have her fix it, which I was hesitant to do in the first place. I had a couple of days to think about it before I was supposed to go back and see her and I decided I don’t have enough hair for her to make anymore mistakes on and therefore, I didn’t feel comfortable with her messing with my hair again. When I explained this to both her and another owner, Ashley, they treated me like I was the person in the wrong and told me that I should have said something while I was sitting in her chair!! They refused to refund me my money and belittled me to the point that I was so embarrassed to even step foot back in their salon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SALON and I will be sure to share with everyone just how terrible these owners are in both technique and customer service. Also, she nipped my ear with the clippers and now I have an open wound on my ear lobe.

A heart breaking experience as I really wanted to like this salon in my new town of Decatur. It was not to be so due to a poorly prepared stylist who did not have the fortitude to admit how ill prepared she was and did a very poor job on my hair. I take responsibility as I should have walked out the door upon seeing she couldn’t do the job properly. Needless to say, I will never return nor recommend.
