Our previous nail shop was sold ( ) and as we were extremely loyal to the previous owner, we had to find a new place to go. I had come here years ago to have my nails done for my wedding, so we gave it another try. So glad we did, because they’re amazing! Everyone is so friendly, prices are very reasonable, and our experience was fabulous. We will definitely be returning!

First let me say I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years. I believe in making appointments so that the nail tech sets aside the proper amount of time to do a service. Today not only was my service rushed and subpar I have three nails with fungus on them. This has Never happened to my nails before. I have been going to this establishment for three months and will not return.

Helen does an amazing job on my nails – pictures don’t do it justice. Everyone there is friendly, kind, and respectful. They do great pedicures and even have a chair for little kids. I won’t go anywhere else!

Customer Service was poor. Visited for a repair one week after a fill-in and pedicure. Waited one hour for a 6-minute repair. After waiting 45 mins I questioned the owner and was told they were busy and everybody had appointments. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and only needed one nail repaired. Now please understand I make appointments for planned services. But who plans on breaking a nail after one week? I myself have waited on my technician occasionally while they have assisted others for a few minutes during my appointment time. So I know they can squeeze in a 6-minute repair as needed. The owner never so much as offered any type of apology nor recommended I come back later when I arrived. One hour later after my 6-minute service I paid my money and left. I will never return. Customer service is everything in my book.
