I spent an hour(not exaggerating) with my hands sitting in acetone to get my acrylic nails off and I felt so uncomfortable and out of place there. I was ignored and felt like an inconvenience for them. The employees we not friendly at all. I am so upset, I literally left in tears. Mind you I’m 9months pregnant and the chemical smell was overwhelming. Usually they just pull them off with a tool. The acetone was literally burning my hands and making me light headed. I planned on getting a gel manicure but was so upset with how I was treated I told them nevermind just please finish this up. I ended up having to pay $7 to walk out with nails like this. She even said just to throw on a clear coat it would bump up to $10. I said no please I just want to go. I wish I never would’ve came here, my grown out acrylics looked better than this. Please do yourself a favor and don’t give them any business!

Love to get my gel nails done here.. i bring my 2 year daughter with me all the time and they always accommodate and provider her with a chair and bowl to wash her nails like mommy. My husband get his hair cut done by Betsy, she is great and overall great staff! Forgot to mention their prices are great!

Not the best mani/pedi I’ve received. It took a little over 2 hours, the filing was not even/the same shape on all fingers and dry cuticle still remained. The paint job wasn’t good either, the technician had to keep blotting and removing color from my skin. I’m pregnant and was just too exhausted towards the end to make a fuss about it, at that point I was just ready to leave!

I have been getting manicures & pedicures here since March & I would not consider going any place else!! I go to Kathy every time and the quality of her work is the best I have ever experienced! They have wonderful, relaxing pedicure chairs and soft, background music playing. Every time I have been there, it has been very, very clean! If you give Harbour Nails a try, I am SURE you will not be disappointed!!

If you arrive at this salon at 9 am on a Sunday morning, be prepared to be asked to stand outside while the employees mop the floor. Not an effective way to welcome a client. I guess the owner fails to realize that there are other nail salons in town competing for business.
