This is not your average nail salon, this is a really high quality nail salon with excellent service. It might take a little longer than usual and prices are just slightly higher but it’s DEFINITELY WORTH IT. I highly recommend it.

Highly over charged for the quality I got. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. I’m not a picky person and I usually won’t complain if my nails don’t look perfect, but for $110 i would expect my nails to at least look even… which they don’t. Same finger from different hand doesn’t even have the same shape or length. To all this the lady at the front desk push me to give a bigger tip than the one I was giving. DOESNT WORTH THE PRICE.

Dishonest in financial transaction. They don’t give you a receipt and you find later in your Bank Statement that they charged you more than they quoted, for example charging twice for Sales tax. Quality of work was average. Just e negative experience.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe staff were very unprofessional. I needed a last minute pedicure I paid 75 to dip my feet in water, my toes clipped and a changed of polish. I did not get any soap in my water she did my feet before she even put it in the water. Yet I was charged for a full gel manicure and I did not want to make a scene or ask a lot of questions because I was the only person of colored there and I was already getting steers when I asked her why I didn’t get my toes soaked or the full work up. Then I was bombarded to give her a tip because she did a “good job”. I had my money and I was going to tip her regardless but telling me how much to tip her and forcing me to write it on my card when I had cash is crazy to me & I won’t ever return to this location…. The staff were very unprofessional. I needed a last minute pedicure I paid 75 to dip my feet in water, my toes clipped and a changed of polish. I did not get any soap in my water she did my feet before she even put it in the water. We came here to get our nails done before our brother’s wedding and had a great experience. They did a great job with the French manicure and they were reasonably priced. Would recommend for manicures and pedicures.
