The 4 stars totally go to the lady Heidi, who did my hair and highlights! She is so meticulous and is excellent at her job. She is very friendly and gives sincere recommendations if you are up for trying out something new. Just loved her and I shall recommend her if you are looking for experimenting with your hair! or even want a basic cut. The minus one star is for the prices, given it’s Harbor Point, expect that!

I put my name on her list of apparently potential customers to have my hair cut. After waiting 3 weeks I went in person to have my hair cut. Apparently she doesn’t take people who are only getting a hair cut. People before AND after me had already been crossed off the list. They were getting hair, nails, eyelashes, etc done. I waited 2 additional weeks and finally said forget it and went to Salon Sonores at 860 Dorchester Ave. not only is Kristen extremely skilled but she is a sweet heart.

Made an appointment and was made to wait over half and hour while the woman was just starting on the nails of someone else with no appointment. Zero communication from the woman working and I told the her I was just going to leave and she didn’t even offer an apology for having me waste my time when I had an appointment. Would have been atleast an hour wait by the time she was done with the other lady, such bad service.
