Baltimore, MD 11/30/2017. Great new nail salon! They’re the only place I know of in Fed that offers SNS Gel too, which I tried for the first time tonight.

This place is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried out other places around the area and this place just knows how to make things look clean, even, and professional. The older lady is my favorite and the other workers are wonderful too! Love that it’s so close to my house ❤️

Kevin did my nails (the light blue) and he did incredibly. When he was shaping my nails, I decided to change the shape and he did it willingly and he is so kind! Made an appointment but had to wait an additional 40 minutes. The nail technicians were nice but the gel nail polish they used was very thin/possibly old and even after three coats was still not providing coverage. Gel chipped by day 5, unfortunately not worth the 35 dollars Gel manicures

I have been here several times with incredible service from all of the employees. They always offer for me to come back in and to have my manicure fixed for free if needed, but I’ve never had a single chip! They are also very patient and detail-oriented. There was an incredibly unreasonable and verbally threatening customer there today at the same time as me, and the staff remained respectful and attentive despite that customer’s aggressive behavior. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone, and will continue to go back myself.

Highly Disappointed. The environment is nice, the tech seemed friendly, but was ridiculously distracted. She was on the phone the entire time I was there.. unbeknownst to me, she had eat buds in, and later proved to be paying very little attention to what I was asking of her… when I 1st sat down, another lady brought over a basket of color samples and my tech told me to pick colors. I selected 2 from those, but, told her I wanted 3 colors and the 3rd would be a mood color. After she finished my fill in, she attempted to start the polish without letting me pick the mood color. I reminded her, and after I picked the color, we got started. I told her specifically how to do the 1st hand, and that the other hand needed to be the OPPOSITE of what she’s doing on this hand. She said ok, did the infamous finger tap to my hand and started to polish… I put that hand under the heat when she was done and she did the other hand.. when I took my 1st hand out to switch hands, BOTH HANDS ARE EXACTLY the same!!! I don’t have time for her to correct the mistake but I did say something… long story short, I paid $45 for a set that usually costs me $35 anywhere else, AND ITS NOT EVEN WHAT I TOLD HER TO DO. Go somewhere else. I’ll NEVER go back here.
