Bought a Groupon at the beginning of February and was unable to get an appointment until early March. Received a call 4 hours before my appointment stating that she is sick and needs to reschedule. When rescheduling I was told it would be a minimum of another 3 weeks wait. Contacted Groupon for a refund/exchange. I do not recommend unless you are willing to wait 6-8 weeks for your massage and willing to deal with someone who provides poor customer service. I understand things happen, but after reading through reviews it seems as though the people that work here are always sick. Recommendation to the employee/owner: If you need to reschedule a customer, it’s not really good practice to throw someone to the back of the line because you decided not to come into work. If I’m already waiting 4 weeks to for my appt then you need to reschedule within a timely manner, even if that means calling every single customer and pushing them back a day or two.

I purchased a Groupon for here for my mother for Christmas. She spent five days trying to contact this lady. She left multiple voicemails. Later on in the week, she couldn’t even leave a message because it would say the voicemail box was full. Never received a call back. We eventually had to contact Groupon for a refund/trade in. Buyer beware!

I purchased a Swedish massage from Groupon on 1-27-2020 and called and left a message for someone to call me back w/my phone number to set up my appointment, she called back and set up my appointment for Feb.17, 2020 @ 11am…I drove all the way to another city..got there and walked in and was informed that she needed to reschedule my appointment due to her being ill and she didn’t have my number to call me..I clearly left my number in the message for her to call to schedule the first appointment. Critical: QualityShe did not give a full body massage, the sheets were so wrinkled and there was no heated pad on the table to lay on ♀️. she asked where my soreness was, but that shouldnt limit a massage to that area, 1 leg and shoulders , she never got to the lower lumbar which is the spot i needed and she talked the entire time . Massage therapist was kind, but I didn’t think the cleanliness was up to par. I also was not comfortable being the only one in the building with the doors locked behind me. It was impossible to relax.
