After paying in cash, the lady at the desk asked me to run my card to leave a tip. They charge a fee to run the card, so I chose to pay in cash for the services. This was discussed when I arrived and realized they were charging a fee, or I could use the ATM. When I explained again that I paid in cash to avoid that – She informed me that the owner ONLY gives the workers commission(aka tips) so if I didn’t leave a tip, the employee would not be paid. This blew my mind. My friend was asking if they had cash app, I told her No, I’ve been coming there for over 5 years and have never been asked to tip nor informed that my tip was the only way the masseuse would be paid. I stated I wouldn’t be back. The lady at the front tried to say if I had been a loyal customer for that long, I should be aware of their procedure. She was grateful I wouldn’t be returning as well 🙂 If I was aware, I wouldn’t have ever even went there to begin with. I’ll be taking my $$ to an establishment that respects their customers AND employees from here on out.

I’ve been here twice and really wanted to keep coming but after the second experience I’m not sure if I’ll return. The massages are good, but very basic and this is not for luxury massages. My first massage I had a male and he was way too rough. The second massage was good but there was a wasp under my table right in front of my face at one point. They took care of the wasp and I know this isn’t their fault! Overall, good massage for the price point. I requested two female massage therapists and the person on the phone seemed completely annoyed with me for asking for anything other than what she wanted to give me, then after the massage I needed change back and got the same frustrated reaction I got when asking for two female massage therapists. Customer service here is not great; you cannot treat customers like they are an inconvenience if you want to keep business.

If you’re looking for a luxury experience with a relaxing massage, look elsewhere. Here is where you wanna go if you NEED a massage. They get in there nice and deep, but after the first 10 minutes, your body will be boneless and molded to the table. They got rid of knots I didn’t even know I HAD. Any time I tensed up, they always check in with me, make sure it doesn’t hurt, but it’s such a good experience. I got the 60 minute deep tissue ($60 not including tip) and I left with parts of my body loose that I didn’t know was tight. At the end my face and head were massaged and I almost proposed to the guy it was so wonderful

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have always enjoyed my experience here. The last time we came we had an issue at check out. The front desk woman was very rude. She told us they do not accept cards. We were not told this prior to the appointment. When we were told to use the ATM we said that we did not want to pay the fee for the ATM. So she let us pay with a card. When asked if she would stamp our return customer cards (3 return customers). She stamped one of our cards three times. We had to explain that we are all three separate people with three separate punch cards. She finally abliged to cut up the card she stamped three times and replaced it correctly. The next time we came it was the same situation with the ATM. I will not be coming back. Coming for a relaxing massage and leaving having to deal with her attitude towards customers is not acceptable. I am not playing into a s heme to make additional money off of ATM fees.I have always enjoyed my experience here. The last time we came we had an issue at check out.
