Took my daughter here for her last pedi, how in the world is this professional!!! This is her toenails after taking the nail polish off. What did I pay for?…for them to screw her nails up and over cut the cuticles (they were never dark like this).As a licensed Cosmetologist I expected more then this. Were their tools even sanitized, did they come out fresh from an unopened sanitized bag? Probably not. We will never go back to such poor service. Where are their pictured licenses for each nail technician? It should be displayed by each station they use!

I told the nail tech the nails were too thick & she was upset & told me she had being nails for 20 years & I was the first to complain. Weighed in with 2 different nail techs to make sure I wasn’t just being overly critical. They agreed. So aside from the overly thick nails..the nail tech was pretty rude. I left mid appointment when it was clear she wasn’t going to be able fix it.

Went in for SNS and a pedicure. Happy with the pedicure but my nails look terrible. The dip is bulbous and thick. Iasked for a particular design and rather than saying it was too difficult it looks ridiculous. I spent over $100 yesterday and I am looking for somewhere else to remove this stubby mess. This salon is my absolute go-to. I’ve been seeing Tracy for acrylics for a few months now and she is perfection. Sometimes my schedule doesn’t line up with hers and I’ve had to see other techs and they are all wonderful as well. I recommend this place to everyone who compliments my nails and pedis!

I just got my nails done and could not wait to write a review about Nicole. She was excellent. You can tell she takes her time and actually cares about the job she is doing. I come here almost every month to treat myself. I live in Flagstaff so I drive 2 hours just to come here. The staff here is very helpful and sweet. During COVID outbreak, they make sure everyone is safe and that the establishment remains clean. You are even made to wash your hands and sanitize as you walk in. This place is great and I haven’t wanted to go anywhere else.

This place is horrible! Very unsanitary and the nail tech rushed while doing my nails she cut me multiple times and she did not polish my nails correctly. I left with my nails lumpy and the edges of my nails have no polish when I asked her to correct the issue she was obviously irritated and only attempted to fix one nail and since she was still rushing and still left the gel polish with what looks like air bubbles I decided to just leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even the other person I went to nail salon with was unhappy with her manicure and her polish looked horrible as well and she had a different nail tech.
