Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIf there were option for no start I would give them no star.Walked in and paid $45. Lady took me to room said she’ll be back then came back after few minutes. She start massaging then about 5 minutes later another customer came in she said she have to go massage that customer just walked in and send old weak lady as replacement. I said ok that’s fine. Old lady start massaging and asked me medium or hard massage I told her hard massage. 10 minutes past I told her plz stop the massage. She asked me what’s wrong I told her she is not doing it hard, so she went to talk to other lady but she was busy with other customer. I decided to walk out. I tried this place for the first time and it was terrible. This is the only massage place that other employee can go inside the room and started talking with the masseuse asking her questions. I asked for 90 minutes massage but she said only 60 minutes because she was by herself so I said okay. While she was massaging me, she went outside couple of times because she said she needed to drink water. Oh and to top it off, she said they do not accept tip lower than $10. I don’t mind tipping $10 or even more if she did a good job but dang, the service is not worth the money. But, I did give her $10 tip but I will NEVER go back in this place anymore.

I went in their yesterday and I had asked for a 60 min that was 40 dollars after she charged my card she told me I had to give a tip of 20 dollars I don’t care giving tips but a tip is optional if I like the way they did it I will tip them if not I won’t I told her no tip right after she said that she raised her voice and said no tip and I said no she said why and I said because how are you going to charge my card and then after tell me I have to give a tip and then she’s like so then no massage and I said no if you don’t like it then you can just refund me my money back then she told me OK a $10 tip and I said no you were already hella rude give me back my money never going there again she’s so rude
