Critical: Quality, ValueI got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was great but the manicure was a disaster. I don’t like using dip or shellac because it destroys my nails. The nail polish wouldn’t dry because it was old and needed to be replaced. My nails looked like a kindergartner painted them anyway. I had to leave and had waited about 15 minuted for my nails to dry. They didn’t last more than 5 minutes. Both toes and nails smeared and my toes had been done first. I tried to get some of my money back(not all) because the deluxe pedicure was good, just not the polish. I don’t recommend going here. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was great but the manicure was a disaster. I don’t like using dip or shellac because it destroys my nails. The nail polish wouldn’t dry because it was old and needed to be replaced. My nails looked like a kindergartner painted them anyway. Critical: ProfessionalismMade an appointment with Tim and Kevin for me and my daughter. We arrived at our appointment a little early and waited our turn as usual. There was another lady there sitting as a walk-in. She began to complain about her wait time and how she had been waiting for an hour. The lady in the first chair tried to explain to her about the appointments. She said she didn’t care.. Tim then tried to explain about the appointments and that we had an appointment. She began complaining about her time.. Then Tim had the audacity to ask me to wait 25-30 minutes longer so that he can take her before us as if my time wasn’t valuable. At first I said no and explained how I have come in as a walk in a couple times and have been asked to make an appointment for a different day due to how busy they have been. But instead of having her make an appointment Tim tried to get me to wait because she was so fussy, he wanted to honor her over our appointment. Appointments should ALWAYS be respected over walk ins! I just walked out! This was a bad business decision. I’ve gone to this location for years. Been through 3-4 different transfers of ownership. Today was our last time ever coming back. With the exception of missing Julie, I happily took my money elsewhere and am very happy I did. Our nails came out beautiful at the new location and the service was fast and cheaper! The people were very friendly as well. When one door closes another is always ready to open!! Great communication, extremely friendly, clean, work always holds up. Sometimes I’m in a rush and just want a quick polish change and they do a great job and are always friendly about it. I come in with my six year old daughter often and they do a great job. Always have new colors and lots of pedi options.
