I have been turned away from this place 6 times now, they just tell me they are too busy and only one girl is working everytime. It’s ridiculous! I have never been turned away from a salon before. They have no staffing and even with appointments I have been turned away because they had too many people waiting. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

It was my first time getting my nails done & I chose this place cause I saw really good reviews (I was hoping for something good.) I went the day on my birthday with a friend, & they treated us poorly, it’s like they did not want to do our nails. I saw the way she did my nails, she did not do a fond job(she didn’t even clip my nails). It’s like she was rushing just to get over with it. Communication was not good, I was hoping to get along with them. The guy though was nice to us. The outcome of our nails, we were not happy about the results. Other than that, my friend & I know not to come here again.

I went last week. A new girl did them. I had acrylic overlay and 3 tips put on. They are thick and got shortened. Also the polish has bubbles or spots not filled in. Not sure if I will try again or not when time comes.
