Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. I asked for white chrome and the woman rolled her eyes and talked bad about me with her coworkers in Spanish. It took an hour and fifteen minutes, my manicure looks terrible and all she did was rub white eye shadow into my cuticles. Don’t go here.

What a disappointment. Had one day to myself and wanted to enjoy a treat of a mani-pedi. Made an appointment online but got there and no one said anything to me. There wasn’t even a person at the desk. Finally got a pedicure which was so nice, but then got sat at a nail station where again, ignored. Finally someone came by only to walk past to watch TV on a laptop at the desk. Walked out without ever getting the mani and am certainly not going back. Too many better places in town

I decided to try this place because my usual spot was booked for the day. Within 5 minutes of beginning the pedicure the salon worker got scalding hot water on my foot because she didn’t check the temperature and didn’t apologize or seem to care at all. She did the same thing with the paraffin wax. Instead of letting it cool a little she just took it off and didn’t even attempt again. She was rough throughout the the pedicure and got an attitude after I flinched from the pain. She was also muttering under her breath when I didn’t want to put my bare feet on the footrest which clearly hadn’t been cleaned in between customers. I definitely would not go there again. Sis Nail Spa down the street is MUCH better in terms of quality, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff.

I had to stop using my regular place of 15 years because I moved. My sister in-law recommended this place and I have to say I am very happy. They do a wonderful job with powder manicures and the pedicures are just delicious! The place is very clean and the staff is amazing and super sweet.

First time going to this place. I called when they opened at 10:00. They told me I could come in at 10:15 for a pedicure. When I got there they said they couldn’t take me for another 15 minutes. Whatever. Then at 10:35 they put me in a chair to soak. At 11:10 I walked out, feet still wet. They had two other ladies waiting the same way. I have very little free time. SO ANNOYED. You can’t treat customers like that.

Had a dip manicure and a regular pedicure done. May be I got an off nail technician but my dip polish didn’t even last 4 days without multiple chips and cracks. I would also be cautious because nails are dipped directly Into the container of color versus a separate bowl. This is unsanitary and a perfect way to get a nail fungus or infection.

Been coming here for over a year and the service is always great. Clean and attentive, the ladies here do a great job. It can get very busy, causing a long wait – with or without an appointment – so try to get here during their slow times!
