Terrible experience. I should have kindly left mid-service. Sink was dirty, no soap, trash overflowing, Instruments were dirty, table was dirty, nothing was sanitized. Half of my fingers are still bleeding two hours later and my nails look HORRIBLE. They aren’t even smooth and polish is bumpy. Worst manicure of my life. I’ve never left a review for a nail salon online but I felt compelled to warn others. Yes, that’s blood in my nail beds.

Really great!! I believe my nail techs name was Cindy and I loved her! It was a lil pricey at $65, but I enjoyed!! My friend however had a middle aged man do her nails and was so concerned about going to a casino he didn’t do well. Everyone else was fantastic! Sorry about the bad pic!! Shows the gist though!

I’ve been to this place many times and have spent thousands over my time being a LOYAL customer getting pedicures, manicures, waxing services for myself and daughter and I wouldn’t spend another penny. ZERO professionalism. And RUDE.. they dont care about you which is what was exhibited to me that my business isn’t wanted. Take your money elsewhere.

Would give 0 ⭐️ if I could! The older guy doing my pedicure cut my toe so bad,they put stop burn on it, rest of the pedi was so unbearable bc of this I couldn’t enjoy. I let them know he needs to slow down and stop being so rough! Only massaged in total maybe 2 minutes. 50.00 for that lol way over priced! Then for my nails, I was charged 5.00 for nail art which glitter on one finger is considered “art”, supposedly I got them long but my nails are short..I’ve never had long nails and can’t function with long nails..that was 10.00, then charged another 5.00 bc he filed my nails to what he calls “coffin” nails. Already spent over 2 hours in there at this point I’m just ready to go and 130.50. Joke! Will never ever return! Be sure to ask for SPECIFIC prices bc if you don’t you’ll get a bill broken down like this smh. Never seen this done anywhere else in Jackson!

Friendly people and they get you in quick if you go early. Been three times first time was great the last two not so much. Had the same tech last two visits , nice woman but both trips she caused my fingers to bleed and be sore. My last visit I had five fingers sore with broken skin! Blood was on towel when i washed hands and was still asked to tip : and pay full price. Will be awhile before coming back, if ever.

Critical: QualityNails were NOT cute ! I asked for them to redo them and he said he would charge me full price. Do not recommend!
