Critical: Quality, ValueMy mom and I rarely pedicures. I requested a basic pedicure with regular polish. But my mom requested a basic pedicure with shellac/gel polish. However, the nail techs completely ignored my request and put shellac on my toes anyway without my knowledge (since we don’t know the pedicure process). Together we paid $100. My mom and I rarely pedicures. I requested a basic pedicure with regular polish. But my mom requested a basic pedicure with shellac/gel polish. However, the nail techs completely ignored my request and put shellac on my toes anyway without my knowledge (since we don’t know the pedicure process). Together we paid $100. Critical: QualityI know shops have just opened back up but if ur open the work should be done right. The staff were very unfriendly, I had to wait in my car while others were let in the locked door to wait inside. The lady who did my toes must have been someone’s grandmother and fresh out of nail school. Poor job from beginning to end. I know shops have just opened back up but if ur open the work should be done right. The staff were very unfriendly, I had to wait in my car while others were let in the locked door to wait inside.
