This was my first and last experience with this nail salon. After letting the tech know that my nails were not done properly and that they were all wavy and the nails looked nothing like the picture she did nothing about it and looked at me like I was stupid and said they looked great. I don’t think they they take it into consideration of your opinion and do not apologize for anything. I had to go and have them soaked off at another salon and fixed. My mom called and spoke with a woman that told her I should had said something to her and they would have fixed them. Why after I said something should I go to someone else and have them mess my nails up again. I’m sure you can tell the 2nd picture is the ones that were done at this shop.
