I came here since my normal nail shop was booked for the day. I had the tech take off my old set and put on a new one. I even brought my own color to make things easy. Once she saw I wasn’t getting gel or one of their colors she acted different. We were silent most of the time. The shape is crooked on some nails and fine on others. I didn’t have time to have her fix them because my shift was about to start (since I work near by). She demanded I paid before she painted my nails. She painted my nails with my color and before the color could dry enough she put a thick quick dry top coat over it which created a pocket of wet polish underneath. Even after sitting in front of the fan for a long time, they still weren’t dry by the time I left. I paid for a set I hate and have to go buy a file to fix the shape on the bad nails. Two weeks can’t come fast enough for me to go back to my normal nail shop and get better service/quality nails. I won’t be back.

I had a really good experience at this location. Minimal wait time approximately 30 without an appointment. The staff was very friendly and my nail tech really listened to what I wanted. The price for my full set with the color and style was fair, and a bit less than the surrounding nail spa’s. I would definitely recommend.

My go-to is Jen for my gel fills. I also enjoy the pedicures. All the ladies are great, though. I am picky, yet they listen and do a nice job. They are next to the Jcpenney. I like that the third level parking in the parking garage can lead me straight to them without having to walk all of Main Place Mall. Their prices are great compared to other expensive salons. Hope you enjoy, too!

Went here for my 1st set ever. The 1st lady gave me very bulky nails. I’m not exaggerating at all. Went there a 2nd time they asked me who did my 1st set since even they knew it was such a bad job for my 2nd got lifting. It also seems that they don’t know how to paint correctly. I go pay other ppl because I can’t do it. They also charge extra for cuticle removal.

Horrible pedicure I spend 25 dollars for a simple pedicure and my toe nails are not shape and the color they use was dry so it look Horrible and it’s hard to explain to the girls they don’t speak basic English. Hate it please don’t waist your money.

All the women who work there have such great hospitality. Tina did my white chrome nails and really paid attention to detail when it came to shaping and buffing my acrylics. She went above and beyond to use all of her dremels (and not like one or two) to even get under my nails and all over including the sides. I feel like these would last way longer than my previous nails I had gotten done at another nail salon that I was truly unsatisfied at. I may see a slight bubble or two, but I’m not going to knock off a star for that. She did work on one of those as I pointed the first one to her with no dirty look like other nail salons would give me and was just unbelievably sweet being around. The owner is amazing too. I loved her vibe and the positive energy she gave off. They really owned up to their name. My daughter and I left really happy and are looking forward to the next time we come back to get our nails done. Would recommend coming back. Truly thankful that they had the time to take us in just a little before 4th of July. We only waited about 30 minutes to be seen. Great choice I made since we were here at the mall anyways.

My mom scheduled an appointment an hour before they closed for both of us and they were so sweet. The gal that gave me my pedi and mani was Annie(?). She was super sweet and very polite. We made some small talk and she was very friendly. She didn’t make me feel rushed or uncomfortable! This Happy Nail & Spa is inside the Main Place mall nevertheless it was very quite and relaxing. Someone had walked in 15 mins til they closed for waxing and they gladly took her in. Super sweet and professional!

Came here for a gel manicure bc my regular place was booked. I had gel polish from a previous manicure. Instead of using acetone to soak off the polish, she filed my nails down leaving them fragile, thin, and bendy. She tried to take some of the polish off w a random chemical. The chemical touched my skin making it super painful, red, and itchy! The shaping of my nails was absolutely awful. Almost looked like some were round and others were square.
