Critical: Professionalism, ValueThey have just increased their price for a mid level pedicure to $40! And for that high price, you get to sit while your manicurist cares more about her conversation than their customers nails. Today my manicurist first took a phone call when just beginning to work on me, and stopped what she was doing to chat on the phone. Then, once again she got caught up in a conversation with coworkers and STOPPED WORKING again! I finally asked her to continue as I was in a bit of a rush. She did, and to be fair she did a wonderful job. That didn’t stop the other workers to yell to each other the entire time I was there.If they want to increase their price, that’s their prerogative, but as a paying customer, I expect to be treated like they’re happy to get my business…not like I’m interrupting their social hour.I’ve been going to this salon for 14 years, but no more…not until the manager teaches his staff to be more customer-focused.Services: Pedicure, ManicureThey have just increased their price for a mid level pedicure to $40! They have just increased their price for a mid level pedicure to $40! And for that high price, you get to sit while your manicurist cares more about her conversation than their customers nails. Today my manicurist first took a phone call when just beginning to work on me, and stopped what she was doing to chat on the phone. Then, once again she got caught up in a conversation with coworkers and STOPPED WORKING again! I finally asked her to continue as I was in a bit of a rush. Positive: QualityI have a skin condition that makes my skin discolored and odd looking and I was not turned away. They just asked me if it was safe to put certain products on my skin and made accommodations to the products that couldn’t be used on my skin. I believe that the ownership has changed over from when the last lady with a skin condition was rejected service. Everyone was very nice to me and my nails took amazing! I have a skin condition that makes my skin discolored and odd looking and I was not turned away. They just asked me if it was safe to put certain products on my skin and made accommodations to the products that couldn’t be used on my skin. I believe that the ownership has changed over from when the last lady with a skin condition was rejected service. Everyone was very nice to me and my nails took amazing! I would highly recommend I going here.

I went and got the works, manicure and pedicure for $120 which was pricey however a guy there did a good job. The next four or five times were horrible for the guy was busy so I tried someone new. Gel nails and three nails chipped the next day. Tried another girl again and chipped three days later so this time I went back. They couldn’t figure out the color took forever but rectified. Decided to give them another chance and same thing two days later! I thought why do I do gel then for $120? Went back only to talk to owner a man and told him my experiences, he apologized and said it wouldn’t happen again. He gave me Cindy and she did a good job no chips. Since I know she is busy I booked my next appointment. Well I got there and owner said she is a little behind but will be with me soon. 45 minutes later not soon she was in a rush so I reminded her I wanted the works and she said she has NO time for that. I said I waited 45 minutes and this is what I waited for and she said no! I just couldn’t believe it, I was sooo upset for I never would of waited and why did I set a appointment in the first place to wait that long! Horrible place only Too Competent nail techs out of a lot and worst service ever!! Also ever tech in there expects cash tips and if you don’t they get very upset to the point I see them pushing clients for cash that they finally feel bad and give in. When I moved to Aliso Viejo I wanted to find a new nail place and this was close. I went and got the works, manicure and pedicure for $120 which was pricey however a guy there did a good job.
