If you like only one coat of polish on your toes so that it starts to chip within a few days, this is the place for you. Also I went in today to get my nail fixed as it broke within days of getting them done and they told me they didn’t have time so to go somewhere else. So I will no longer be using their services. They don’t truly care about customer satisfaction or repeat business. They’ve lost mine.

Denise did the best job I’ve ever had done in my life!! My nails are tricky because they grow curving up……she made them look normal and beautiful….this is my new nail place for life!!! Annie did a great job on my pedicure. The manager was very friendly too.

I walked in to get my nails done and I was wearing closed toed shoes and the first thing out of the person sitting behind the desks mouth was “no pedicure today?” No interest in what I actually wanted/needed. Then I said no to the pedicure and she then proceeded to just say “gel manicure then?” I politely said I wanted to take off the gel polish I had and just do a regular manicure. She said they would charge extra to take off current gel polish. I asked how much and she said $5. I said that was ok with me and she had the most disgusted look on her face. They have no regard for what people want. They just want everyone to get the pricey services. The technician did a good job on my manicure which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of just 1.

Critical: ValueToo expensive for the job they do.I got charged $33 for just a gel manicure that wasn’t even that good to be honest ( i am pretty picky tho ). Also, i had some left over hard gel on my nail still and the technician just painted over it instead of taking it off or filing it down. So now i have a bumpy uneven manicure, i would attach a picture of I could.Not impressed and definitely over paid. I came in today and seen Susan. I was so very happy with everything about my nails. I am pretty particular with my nails and the way she did them, I cannot be more pleased with them. Want to take her back to SLC with me. When I am in Cali she will be my nail tech. Thank you Susan ❤❤

Will not go back. The gentleman who did my nails rushed the whole process. I went in on Saturday my nails are already cracked. The gel nail colors are the worst. The receptionist was nice. But I paid 35 for a full gel nail acrylic and I’m so disappointed. Wont be going back to any of the happy Nail locations.
