Ok, let me put this in to perspective. I live in Los Angeles, there is a Happy Nails which is a 15 minute drive. So why would I drive 50 miles to go to this particular Happy Nails salon in Irvine? 2 words. GREAT SERVICE! I have been coming here for 3 years. They do walk ins and take appointments. One of my favorite girls there is Jackie. But the whole staff is amazing. They have a great selection and offer many services.

Visited Happy Nails today on Easter Sunday since my nail shop was closed and many more were locally were closed. No appt, walked in and even though it looked like they were closing for day, I Was greeted with friendly service and a very happy lady who did my gel pedicure. Very kind and she did a great job! Did not rush or make me feel like my pedicure was done in a hurry. I will definitely be visiting back!

When I called over the phone they seemed very nice but when I actually went into the building to get my nails done they seemed very lazy very stingy with the product. When i asked them to do it a specific way they told me to take them off if I didn’t like them. Overprised for terrible customer service.

I get my nails done all the time and this is one of the best place I have found. I am very critical of the way my nails are done so if someone goofs up I am the first one to jump ship and try out another place so I have been to over a dozen different nail salons in the Irvine area. This one I have had my nails done here for about a half a year and have not had a problem which is saying something. They do excellent work.
