Worst full set I have ever had done. And by Alex. I got small squared tips and he managed to mess every single one up. Not a single one was the same shape or size. Some were super wide and some flared at the top and were shorter. And some arent even straight. I am so sad and frustrated right now. Definitely not worth 45$.

Great place! Clean and super reasonable. I got the Luxury everything and it was completely worth it. I just moved to this city and am happy that I found a place for my nails because I am extremely picky. In fact, I’ve been driving 23 miles back to my other place just to get my nails done because I want sure about coming here. Getting my nails done is my one splurge I do for myself, so I tend to go big. It worked out great and I save on gas, bonus!

Got a mani and pedi. The water was barely warm at all, even when I asked if I could get the water hotter. The nail tech barely spoke at all… she wasn’t very friendly. Not very great customer service. I didn’t notice until I left that the gel top coat was AWFUL. There were patchy spots of topcoat completely missing. It was so obvious and awful! I ended up going home and using my own gel polish to fix it. Definitely wouldn’t return.

The pedicure was fine–I got the $30 package, and it was as advertised. The issue I have is that I came with old gel polish on my toe nails, and they charged me an extra $5 to remove it; however, I wasn’t notified about about that up-charge until afterward when I was ready to pay. I wish they would have told me upfront about that, because I could have just removed it at home before coming in.

Went in for a manicure and pedicure. Had two guys doing my nails. They were friendly, but NOT good at nails. I noticed there was a hair or dust or something under the polish on my thumb. He first tried to add more polish to fix it? Maybe to brush it off? Then he decided to remove it. Didn’t add the clear undercoat and only put on one coat.

Ti & Mysa are absolutely fantastic. I came in with a really bad gel set. Ti was able to make my nails look amazing. Mysa also fixed my horrible gel pedi and made my toes look amazing as well. This was my first time here. Very welcoming and actually addressed my concerns. I highly recommend them and I finally found a nail place that actually listened to my needs and finished that exceeded my expectations!!!

I am a regular. I like being able to sit down read in the massage chair and get my nails done. They really pay no attention to me unless it’s to ask me something. Very relaxing. And they are pretty darn quick!
