I’m not the kind of person who leaves bad reviews because I know the business gets very affected by them but WOW this nail salon ladies blew my mind. It was my first time there today and I will never return nor will I ever recommend anyone to seek services from her. She had an excuse for every so-called mistake she made. I was using my previous nail salon as a reference to what I wanted and she got very upset. She gave me an attitude and made harsh comments towards me. To top it off, aside from her unprofessionalism she had the audacity to ask me to pay immediately before my next service so she can get a tip. It was my common courtesy that I gave her a tip. It was my first time there today and I will never return nor will I ever recommend anyone to seek services from her. She had an excuse for every so-called mistake she made. Just took a chance, and walked-in at Happy Nails. The place is very clean, well kept up, everyone is very friendly and I had a wonder manicure from Tiffany and wonderful pedicure from Ann. I’m very picky about my cuticles and they did an excellent job. I found my new place!!

Just had a pedicure with Tina!! She gave the best massage! She gave me a magazine and just let me relax in quiet! The massage chair is excellent! I really like the shiatsu setting. Such a peaceful hour, and my feet look great! Thank you Tina!

I have been a client at this Happy Nails for about 2 years. I have had great experiences here and okay experiences here like any other business. Yesterday by far was the worst and I will not return to this business. I would caution people that respect themselves to pay attention to the behavior of the technicians. I dont have a problem will anyone speaking in their native language. It is beautiful and makes us who we are as people. I have been asked several times by several different technicians if I live around here. (I am African-American I get it, it’s Irvine I guess.)I always thought it was just small talk and never thought anything of it. It may still be nothing. The difference this time was during my services the ladies were talking amongst themselves as usual they stopped, stared at me for a while and laughed and laughed. Not even 5 minutes later the technician doing my pedicure pointed at her chest in the place where my tattoo is located on my chest stared and had a full discussion with the technician doing the manicure. Lol! Ladies we are not stupid. I decided I wanted my service complete and that is the only reason I said nothing. Also everyone is so quick to anger, and I just did want to waste my precious energy darling. To add insult to injury I was told they were discussing my nails. On my chest? I doubt it. I’m disappointed, not super surprised but disgusted all the same. No worries I will never be your problem, butt of you joke, concern or customer again. Enjoy your inside jokes and your life. Kim did a great job on my pedicure. Also compared to the other location just down the street at the Irvine Market Place, they had a much better selection of colors and their customer service in my opinion was far superior.
