For the location and prices I was expecting a whole lot more. There were no drinks offered during the process. It was quick and fast to get in as a walk in. Everything was an Upcharge from the removal of nail polish, a design was per toe, and Even though I purchased one of the higher priced pedicures the paraffin wax was not included. I was a little disappointed in the $70 and overall I would not go back to this place. I had some friends that also received other services who were just overall disappointed with the experience as well. Too many nail shops available to be price gouged.

The worst manicure I’ve gotten in my life. I never write reviews about anything but I wanted to write a review about this horrible nail place so no one has the same experience as me. I came to this nail salon place on June 12th around 6pm and my nail tech was an male of Asian decent. First of all he really mest up my cuticle by cutting it. My cuticle was bleeding, it burned and stung. And the nail tech guy just acted very nonchalant about it, like it was no big deal. He did not apologize or offer a discount. When he removed my cuticles he messed them up as seen in the photo below. I asked for a discount because he literally cut my skin open and it was bleeding. He said he would take $5 off, but $5 off isn’t enough. Then to top it off my nail broke days after getting them done. The nail tech guy did not try to fix things after I told him how this isn’t okay and should never happen. He just offered the $5 off and tried to get me out the door. I would never recommend to place to anyone and I will never come back. Which sucks because it was convenient since it was in the mall. I hope that I can help one person with this review. This is unfortunately the truth and this place of business is one you should stay far away from.

Positive: Professionalism, PunctualityChristina was my nail tech and she was very pleasant, took her time, and did an excellent job on my powder dip nails. The only issue is a couple of the diamonds on my nails fell off only after a couple days, but I will definitely go back to see her. She was very grateful for me and continuously thanked me for coming.My only issue with the company is they don’t have the powders painted on fake nails to help choose a color. They have tons of colors but you have to look at the wall and open each one to see what you would like. I hate that I even have to write such an review but out of all the guests, my mother, sister and myself were asked constantly about how we were paying. We are African American women. They didn’t wait until my mothers services were completed and asked her for payment with her nails still wet and in the seat getting a pedicure. Unbelievable. I’ve never ever experienced this type of service!! I am going to follow up with corporate.
