I had a terrible experience at this place. The woman who did my nails did them in a rough and rude way after a new customer came in at the last minute near closing time. That was not my fault. I was also pressured to pick a color and they took the book of colors away when I was still using it and seemed bothered to give it back. This place is a mess. They talk behind your back ina different language if you point out just one thing that needs fixing. And if you don’t say anything and come back to get your nails fixed, they say “why didn’t you say anything?!”, when the reason why is cuz they give you a really hard time and are rude when you do say something!!!

Zero stars for rude manager. The guy at the front was very rude. He told me to get up the chair as soon as my service was done. I was enjoying the chair massage and he said he needed the chair even though no one was waiting and there were more empty chairs. I told him he was rude and that I would never come back again. He said he didn’t care. The 2 ladies who did my mani and pedi did a splendid job. But asking me to get up even though there were more empty chairs was unacceptable. Bad customer service.

Horrible experience….I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and went twice. They charge an extra $5 just to remove gel polish even if they put it on. Low quality, not worth your money or time. Nails didn’t last a week, tech did a sloppy job with the polish and only put one thin layer of gel on my nails I just wanted to get out of there. Pedicure completely sucked.

I can only speak for my experience with Kim but she’s a classic technician who always does a great job it’s just hard to get her so book an appt! She really cleans my cuticles well and makes sure all my nails are symmetrical. I feel like she’s a specialist in the ombré effects (during covid- her set lasted me 7 weeks with all the gems intact! I’m her client for life!)
