Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhere to start with this….I had a 7pm appointment for a basic pedicure and arrived around the same time as another woman getting her nails done. No one spoke to us for a good 20 minutes while we waited up front for our appointments.After finally getting in the pedicure chair around 7:25 pm the employee started to fill the bucket and left to go to the back. While I was reading my book I looked down to see that water was still running and about to over flow over the top of the tank. I tried to signal and employee and locate the shut off switch but did not see it quick enough before the tank completely started overflowing onto the floor.After this debacle myself and the person that came in around the same time as me were left to sit for another 20 or so minutes before our pedicures. And the service was meh at best. I can honestly say I’ve never had to wait that long for a scheduled appointment anywhere else. Just don’t go there . People there has no professional skills. The result doesn’t worth what I paid for at all. If you don’t want to ruin your day ,just find different place.
