I have gone here multiple times and every time I ask for a certain manicure they do the exact opposite! A while back my finger started bleeding and the guy continued to aggressively file over it obviously seeing the blood until I had to say ow stop that hurts. Myself and two other ladies had appointments and we showed up to find the shop closed. I had cancelled some other plans to have this “girls day out”. I called the following day and was told, “sorry, had emergency, can’t find your number,” No attempt to reschedule us, no offers to make up for the inconvenience, just the short “unheartfelt” statement and the phone hung up. I understand emergencies, but I do not understand the lack of customer courtesy. I have heard good things about the work done in this place but they won’t be getting my business.
