I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years now and was quick to recommend this place to friends. I only go for brow waxes. Service is notoriously slow but the women always do a lovely job by the end. They take their time with my eyebrows (tweaking, the whole shebang) which usually make all their “quirks” worth it. Loooong wait time, below-average quality products, etc.

Paid $55 for a dip powder set. They didn’t fill to cuticles, lines are cracked, nail is bumpy and they chipped within a week. This is all after waiting over an hour to even be sitter. I definitely won’t be back.

I have been going to happy nails for over 2 years and I am completely satisfied with my nail technician Helen. As long as Helen is at happy nails I will be a happy nails customer. I came in for a pedicure and the person was so rough and she cut the back of my heel. I don’t think I will be getting another pedicure from this person. I like the work that they do, but everytime I get my nails done I never leave there without most of my Cuticles bleeding. They need to be more careful about what they are doing.

They barely look up and greet you when you come through the door. No one comes to see what service you want. Rude all the way around. The one time I did get my eyebrows done, the lady was so rough with my face.
