My sister scheduled her appointment within 24hrs for homecoming. She only scheduled a full set with a design. We walked in at 530pm, which was the time of the appointment. There was only like 2-3 customers at that time. I asked if there was availability for my sister to get a pedicure, because idk how she forgot to schedule one. So they said “yes”, a few more technicians walked from the back so I asked if there was availability for ME to get both a full set and a pedicure. They said “yes!”, I was crossing my fingers hoping they actually WANTED to provide the services. Which felt like they did!!! Ashley, was my technician she was really nice, gently, careful, and concerned about WHAT I WANTED!!!! Thomas, was my sisters she really liked her nails and was happy. Tammy, was my sisters pedicure technician she did a good job (white nail polish) but I think she was over the day and was ready to good. Which was fine with me.

Book ASHLEY! I have lived in Killeen for so long and tried so many nail salons, and I didn’t love their services. Here I was able to book an appointment quickly and it was quality customer services. I was served a complimentary beverage and was attended to quickly. Ashley did amazing on my nails, I felt comfortable enough to let her know what I wanted to change (which is what I struggled with at other salons). I saw good reviews on her and I’m glad she was able to do my nails! I will be coming back!!

I’m not sure who they nail tech was it was my first time ever seeing him there … after waiting 30mins watching everyone who came after me he seated even the person I came with, they placed me with someone who don’t know what they were doing …. The end result was really sloppy all of my nails are different thickness he said he was gonna fix it but didn’t even file it down or shaped it … I shaped it myself after I left … I could’ve asked him to take it off but he wasted too much of my time already … when you go there just ask for Que she’s the best

I come to Happy Nails to get a pedicure twice a month, I always make an appointment for Frank…..He is AMAZING!! I have ingrown toenails and he works miracles in my toes and feet, very gentle and I walk away absolutely satisfied!! I would highly recommend this salon 10/10!!
