Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueOn July 24,2021 went in @ about 4:30pm with my daughters. We got pedicures and manicures. Ther was on 1 person in there getting they nails done. As usual we went to pick out our colors, my two daughters asked for ombré nails and I asked for pointed nails. We received nothing but the acrylic gun cutting our skin. On July 24,2021 went in @ about 4:30pm with my daughters. We got pedicures and manicures. Ther was on 1 person in there getting they nails done. As usual we went to pick out our colors, my two daughters asked for ombré nails and I asked for pointed nails. We received nothing but the acrylic gun cutting our skin. Our feet was as bad as the nails. This nail shop is the worst nail shop in Gonzales.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst the wait was soooo long & only me , my mom , my sister , & another lady was there .. they other lady got her nails done by the same woman who did mines .. 1. the nail lady didn’t listen to anything the woman wanted.. 2. the costumer told her that she wanted round nails and not square .. then the nail lady said square was easier for her so that’s why she did them .. then proceeded to file the lady’s nails all the way down .. 3. the costumer then asked for a manicure because the nail lady was literally so rough with her hands .. the nail lady said that she didn’t need one and that her hands would be ok .. then when it was time to do my nails .. we had already paid before hand .. ii told her the length ii wanted she said told me .. that she was too tired because he 62 and is not gonna do the length ii wanted .. so my sister walked over and asked what the problem was and she said tell my sister we would have to pay first $5 extra then said $10 extra .. at this point we had already been there for almost 3 hours & we were just trying to get our nails done and go .. so we told her don’t worry about it and just do what she could do .. then she continued to talk about how she was so tired .. there was also glue all over my hands .. the nails where all different lengths .. after the next 2 days after we left my hands were burning and bumps and studs were forming around them .. and then ii took the nails off there was glue on the nail suck to my which ripped the skin around my nails off .. overall the place and tools there used were not clean .. they had nasty attitudes and we would be not going again .. * note ii get my nails done all the time it was my first time at this place .. and ii have never had a experience like this .. my hands are currently still healing .
