when i went in everything seemed fine i got my toes done it was good but then i went to my acrylic nails. the lady doing them wasn’t social said to not look at my nails when she was cutting them i looked at them and they were uneven i mentioned it to her and she gave an attitude but fixed it. she cut me multiple times and didn’t push back my cuticles ( everywhere else I’ve gone has done that ) i don’t hate them but they could have been better. also the prices are overpriced

Went there to get nails filled in. The lady wasn’t very social. I asked for them to be square shape and that I wanted more glitter on my nails but she said she can’t mainly because she was using an almost empty bottle when she could have gotten another one. By the time I was done half of my nail was round on one side and square on the other. They were sticky and very poor. I expressed my concerns to her and she just put more clear coat on them. I asked about if she will fix the shape or I want my $50 back. She said no to the refund because the owner wasn’t there when she is the owner. I then asked her if she was really going to let me leave her establishment with poor nails and she just waved me out the door. Just terrible quality and customer service. There was no reason I couldn’t have gotten my nails fixed or a refund. Would highly not recommend. Go anywhere else but here.

I have never gotten a manicure like this in my life!! One person working who spoke very softly and an accent under her mask. I had to pay for the manicure BEFORE I got it. Tips were preferred in CASH. She filed, buffed and then applied TOO MUCH LOTION(which I didn’t want)Washed my hands and she finally did the manicure in like 5 minutes. Put my hand in the drying table. She said I was done after about ten minutes. I got up and sat by door waiting for my husband. I look down and my left thumb was smudged. I told her about it and she said I must have done( it( i touched nothing) She then pressed down with her thumb to smooth it out. Put nail polish on and I went under the dryer again. Waited about 5 minutes then she came over to put top coat on. Dried about 5 minutes. I was sitting on chair with wheels. I am 73 years old and balance can be off at times. When I pushed down on the chair arms and tried getting up….the chair slid backward. I struggled but caught myself on the dryer table with my right arm..I just had brace removed for a broken wrist one week ago and that smarted.. I scraped my arm a bit. Finally started walking out to car. Another client asked if I was okay. The worker never said ANYTHING TO ME!! I would not recommend this place to ANYONEE EVER!!

Positive: ProfessionalismIve never done my nails before, so you could imagine me reading the reviews and checking out which nail salon would work best. I happen to come across this place and I honestly liked it. The person who did my nails is John, he was professional, I like the fact that I showed him a pic of how I kinda wanted it and he did as I said lol. Very nice dude and took his time to make sure my nails looked great. Honestly I loved how my nails turned out and will be coming again. Ive never done my nails before, so you could imagine me reading the reviews and checking out which nail salon would work best. I happen to come across this place and I honestly liked it. The person who did my nails is John, he was professional, I like the fact that I showed him a pic of how I kinda wanted it and he did as I said lol.
