Myself and my mom came in on Thursday September 21, 2022. The nail tech owner asked what my mom and myself were getting. I told him my mom wanted white tips on her natural nails and I wanted a white tips with acrylic nails. The owner had me sit in his chair and my mom sit in a lady’s chair. He asked me if I wanted gel and I told him no, I do not like the gel. So he started doing my nails and I noticed when he started to put on the paste, it was pink. He told me to get a better white tip that the pink was the best. That stuff burned really bad. Towards the end, he told me my nails would be $55. I came in for a $35 nail job. First off, he did a pink and white nail which cost $45 and he added the gel which brought it to $55. My nails looked good, but it’s not what I asked for. He manipulated the whole situation. I don’t see him staying in business if this is how he has to run his business to make money.

Ken does the best nails in town! I have been going to Happy Nails for about 2 years now with no complaints. Salon is clean and atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.

Saw a review for best pedicure the person ever had so went in expecting a great pedicure. I did NOT have that experience but the opposite. I came in as a walk in to the place empty and asked if she had time for a pedicure. She said yes and led me back. I was in and out in 18 mins! Everything was rushed. My concern was calluses and she barely touched them. She did a nice job painting them but that was it. Most rushed customer service experience I’ve had at a salon. Because of this I wouldn’t return.

I happened to come in on a Friday when no one was there, so I didn’t have to wait to be seated. The service was good, they were friendly and worked pretty quickly. The best advice I could give is try to set an appointment before you walk in. Two people came in during my session and were turned away because four incoming appointments were on the wat.

I went in for a manicure with massage and cuticle treatment for $30 and I’m very disappointed. She didn’t push my cuticles back and the whole thing was rushed. My color is nice but the polish doesn’t even cover my entire nail and she managed to leave some color on my fingers around the nails. It looks like a child painted my nails. I won’t ever return here.

The staff at Happy Nails are just wonderful! They were able to get me and my two daughters in within 20 mins as a walk in. The owners were very welcoming and funny during our time in the salon.We will definitely be returning in the near future! Acrylic nails

I got the number 8 cateye although im putting a 4 star bc i got charged for a long when i asked for a short and believe what i got was short as well as my stepmom came with and they charged me for a short cateye when that is definitely not what they gave her. Everyone there was nice & very funny!!They did a good job on my nails and toes!The only thing that I didn’t like about the visit is that they ran out of Hot Water & I had a cold/Luke warm foot soak & it wasn’t very relaxing!
