I went to get my nails done, Monday December 5th, for the first time in about 8 months and it was not a pleasant experience. I was told on the phone that it would be $55 dollars, then a design would make it $60. While the man was cutting my nails he told me the extra length would make it $65, which is new to me. I did not get a design and was still charged $65. He seemed like he was rushing, because he used the acrylic as a jelly instead of a bead. My nails feel flimsy because of this. I have also apparently received regular polish when I asked for gel because it chipped the day after my service. From the pictures provided you can see that the acrylic wasn’t placed fully on my nail, and in a lot of cases the polish wasn’t applied fully to the acrylic. Lastly, when I was at check out I realized that one set was longer than the other and he had to refile them and did not repaint them.

Took my niece as a reward for good grades at the end of the school year. They were patient and kind to her and did a wonderful job working from a picture she found and fell in love with for her nails. I will definitely visit again!

I never had a problem with getting my nails filled here until the last visit. I am not sure what the girl did wrong but when she put my gel top coat on and put me under the lamp it felt like my finger nails were melting off. They got so hot I yanked my hand out of the lamp and she was insisting I put it back in but it was hot and burning and they literally were melted and I showed her and she pretended not to see it. The polish was chrome and really showed every flaw in the nails and they looked so bad. I left with them like they were because I couldn’t make her see what I was seeing. The next day I went back and said I wasn’t this polish off and nails filed and repainted because they looked terrible so she did she I left still unhappy but I could live with new polish till my next visit. I’ve lost 4 nails in the last week and one cracked in half and I lost top half of that nail. My real nails are breaking off under the fake nail which I’ve never had happen in my life. Not sure what she did but I know it was from the burning and melting of my tips. I know I won’t be going back there

The most painful pedicure I have ever experienced. He filed more of my skin then he did my nails. I had to tell him multiple times what color I wanted and he kept coming back with the wrong one. The paint job was terrible and super messy. I don’t want to paying the high of a price to have the paint clumpy, spots being missed, and having it my skin on the side of my nails painted. I also got my nail done and act like they don’t listen. I wanted an ombré dip power but they said they couldn’t do that so they gave me acrylics instead. Which any other place I went to get my nails done ombré dip has never been an issue. So even though they have me acrylics so I could get ombré they still just have me clear acrylics and painted it a solid color. They did not give me the shape I asked and all and all was super rough. The drill kept slipping and hitting the skin around my nail. My nails are uneven, messy and lumpy. Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Not worth the price I had to pay. It’s not hard to listen to your customers and make their experience enjoyable. The whole thing just felt rush.

The nails look pretty good but ask for a price beforehand. They will over charge you if they think they can get away with it. 2 people complained about the over charge before me and then he tried to overcharge me $25. NOT COOL!! Acrylic nails

Called and got an appt for a dip manicure at 5. When I arrived at 5, they were ready for me and said go to seat 10. I agreed and asked if they’d like me to pick out my color first which the answer was yes. As I’m picking out my color, they tell another girl to sit in seat 10. So my appt didn’t start until 20 minutes late even tho it took me only a minute to pick a color. The guy who did my nails was aggressive and didn’t even bother to clean up his nail station which was completely gross. He asked length and shape and then proceeded to not do either that I asked for and acted like that wasn’t what I told him I wanted which it was. They have air bubbles, and look completely sloppy and uneven. He finished and told me to wash my hands so I did and came back for my cuticles to be cleaned up. He then proceeded to tell me they don’t do manicures with dip even though I had specified that’s what I wanted when I called and when I arrived and no one told me otherwise. That’s what I always get so I know that’s not weird to ask for. It took less than 25 minutes from the time I sat in the chair to the time I left so you can imagine how bad they look. People who arrived before me were still getting their’s done as I paid. I will not be returning. It’s a shame because this could have been my new weekend spot when I’m in the area which is quite often. Now I’ll be having to pay to get my nails redone this week when I get back home.
