Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got a full set today and showed Khanh a picture of what I liked. I told her it’s okay if it isn’t exactly like the picture. She took her time, was patient with my wiggling, and gentle on my cuticles. She put in her best effort, and I’m so happy with the results!! I was worried about the mixed reviews for this place, until I witnessed it first hand. Customers need to stop talking down to them. Ask for a change nicely, don’t demand it, and lastly, treat them with respect; have manners! They are hard working people too!
