I gave this place the benefit of the doubt and returned after liking my nails but received very poor customer service (From the guy) I thought maybe it was a bad day for him. When I returned the second time I went in for a Pedi /Full set it was a complete disaster! He still had a very bad attitude.. When I asked the price of service he replied “Do you want done or not? (He is not very approachable) My pedicure left my feet feeling the exact way they felt before going. And my nails were done very poorly. I ended up going to a new salon the same week to get services done correctly. In summary I would say this place is Way to overpriced and needs to work on their Customer Service.

Went here with my sister and niece; grateful my 8 yr old neice enjoyed herself but pedicures received were subpar (feet are still rough, minimal attention) my gel manicure is blobby not even covering full nail and didn’t even clean up cuticles rather got gel on them. After spending what I did I’m sad as I honestly could have done this at home. Thinking next time I will.

Critical: Quality, ValueCame here with my daughter . Everyone was very nice. I got a pedicure my daughter got the full set gel nail with design. My pedicure was done before my daughter nails so they ask if I wanted to get my nails done. I said why not the lady that did my pedicure was wonderful. Im feeling great why not get my nails done too. My set of nails was wonderful I got gel plus design. I spend $230. Plus dollars including $60 tips for all both myself and daughter.1 week later al of my daughters nails started lifting from the back and mine came right after. I can see if we were washing dished or doung hard labor. DO NOT GO HERE!!! didnt even get out the door and my polish was ruined. She even asked if I wanted to take the polish I picked out home so I can touch it up myself . All my nails were uneven and it was not what I asked for . Called to get them fixed and they wanted to charge 25$ extra after paying 35$ . This place is a joke . SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!

The worst nail experience I’ve ever had!!! The Customer service was terrible as well as the service. If I could post a picture of the finished product of my nails and feet for my friend and I, I would. I honestly thought it was a joke when he told me to go sit under the nail dryer because my feet were not finished. My hands were polished as if a kid did it. The manager had the worst attitude and rushed me from the time I arrived…she started screaming in chinese when I asked for my money back or for my services done over…I let another tech do my feet but I honestly should have demanded my money back because that’s how bad it was…I don’t believe they went to school just terrible! The place looks nice on the outside but don’t judge a book by its ever!!!! For those who used to go it’s not the same management or techs…
