Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was charged double the price for them to reshape my nails with an acrylic fill. I’ve never heard of that in my life I have been getting my nails done for over 12 years and never was I charged for them to reshape my nails. The next day I had two chips on my nails the following day another chip .so that day I decided to stop in on my way to the grocery store to see if they could fix my nails real quick and I had my service dog with me whose registered and always has his vest on wherever we go . The woman working there made a huge scene about how she is allergic to dogs,menwhile this is during the covid1o situation so all of us have masks on.my dog sat there and did absolutely nothing and she was making such a fuss about it that I turned around and walked out because I honestly felt discriminated against and I sense it wasn’t like the dog was shaking and rolling around he sat there and did nothing . The whole ordeal was very unprofessional . two days later another nail fell off.. so I walk in alone this time after work and explain to them the situation about my nails and the same woman insists that she can fill the other two that were chipped but has to charge me to put on a new nail on the set that she did less than a week ago. It’s not the fact that are only cost $2 for it now. It’s the fact that this is the third time that I’ve walked into this business in a week and she charged me double the price it should have been and the quality of these nails were just atrocious. I never post negative reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced in a nail salon.
