Critical: Communication, QualityI got a fill with Kimmy on Saturday. The paint has bubbles and streaks in it. Here it is 4 days later and they are acting like they don’t have time to fix the paint. They are money hungry. I gave them several chances. My nails look like I need a fill and it has not even been a week. I will no longer be flushing my hard earned money down the toilet. I got a fill with Kimmy on Saturday. The paint has bubbles and streaks in it. Here it is 4 days later and they are acting like they don’t have time to fix the paint. They are money hungry. I gave them several chances. My nails look like I need a fill and it has not even been a week. I will no longer be flushing my hard earned money down the toilet. They won’t get another dime of money . And it’s not just Kimmy, Len is just as bad . I guess they follow the leader. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was in town visiting my family and stumbled across this place…DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. READ THE REVIEWS!! The tech that started with me had to leave suddenly because her dog, who was running around in the shop, started choking! The young lady finished my pedicure snd it was a disaster! It looked like my granddaughter of 8 years old polished my nails. The powder was jumped in places and looked as though I needed another fill when I left! Paid them and gave a smaller tip and told them I would come back the next day to fix the job! By that time in the natural daylight I could see the awful fill-in on my nails that had been done the night before. The owner said that’s how she does nails and she didn’t offer to fix them and walked away! Of course, maybe the fact that I’m a person of color had something to do with it!! If that was the problem, then if you’re not that person…they might do a better job! I’ll never know because I would never give them another dime or refer ANYONE to this place!! I was in town visiting my family and stumbled across this place…DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. READ THE REVIEWS!! The tech that started with me had to leave suddenly because her dog, who was running around in the shop, started choking! The young lady finished my pedicure snd it was a disaster!
