Very rough with my feet and was a painful experience. The lady Sue barely knew how to do Gel pedicures and blamed it on my feet, which is ridiculous and I have never In my lifetime had a problem with my feet. Will not return. Pedicure

I had an appointment scheduled at 1:30! Half our party got their for pedis and we’re sat immediately me and my 2 friends also part of the appt we’re sat to wait no biggie! 1 hour later still waiting I say something and the guy say “ we’re busy I’m sorry” but just sat 4 walk in manis no response I am than sat for my current nails to soak where the tech scuffs my nails and cut my cuticles where they were sensitive down the side of my nail bed Then she wrapped my finger tips in acetone and walked away for an hour doing pedis! I get sat with another woman to continue and get my mani no problem however my nails are absolutely aweful they were matte Maroon I have had them for 4 maybe 5 days and the matte is chipping off!! Not worth the money I will not return I used to come go weekly not anymore

Very clean & efficient salon. Everyone is very skilled and does a great job. I go to get my nails done and don’t care for a whole lot of conversation. I prefer a professional environment and Happy Nails is the only place that fits that bill (that I’ve found), here in Medford. I’m in and out with a great mani/pedi. Highly recommend.
