Positive: QualityNo clue what the bad reviews are about, but DISREGARD them. This place is amazing. I am a licensed cosmetologist. I did nails for many, many years myself and i also ALWAYS did my own gel nails and pedicures. I started treating myself to getting my nails done in 2009 and that’s when I met Carla (2009). It was at another place where she worked at the time as the manager and doing nails. I’ve never left her since. When she opened her first salon, i followed her. She opened her second salon (Happy Nails in Montvale) and i followed her there from her first place because the Montvale location is closer to me than her first place. But make no mistake, i would follow Carla and her salon and workers ANYWHERE. They are really good at what they do. The girls who do pedicures are absolutely TERRIFIC. My girl is Joanna and i LOVE LOVE LOVE her. But to be honest, they are excellent, although I’m loyal to Joanna. I am ridiculously picky with my nails and i am literally afraid of the electric file (i know, I’m crazy and I’m a nightmare), but Carla deals with my antics and she has NEVER hurt me. I don’t like to go to anyone else for my nails or feet but recently Carla was out for 2 weeks and i tried someone else there. Normally, i would wait until Carla came back no matter how grown out my nails were. But this time i agreed to try someone else. I got Michelle. She did a BEAUTIFUL job on my nails and i was EXTREMELY happy. I would go back to her if Carla was too busy or not available. I bring my elderly mom here and she gets a terrific manicure and pedicure no matter who she gets that day. Carla and all her employees are top notch and professional. You get what you pay for. I’d pay anything to get the job i get on my nails and feet. The pedicures….hands down the best ever. Joanna is my baby girl!!! She is the sweetest and most patient person I’ve ever met. She appreciates her clients and she’s so polite and most of all, she does the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Anyone who says anything bad about Happy Nails doesnt know what they’re talking about. Carla is a great business women with a great business ethic and it shows with her success. I knew her when she worked for someone else and i am so proud of her success. She is a real person and truly cares about her clients. I’ve known her for 13 years. I’ve never left. I never will. Go here!!!
