My nails were rushed and sloppy. The owner made my ring finger nails two different lengths! Always gave me a hard time because I like long nails.. also refused to paint my nails if I had glitter. Why own a salon then? Rude and does an awful job. Manicure, Pedicure

I just walked out of here 10 minutes ago. If I could give it a 0 stars I wouldn’t hesitate. The male owner is so rude. My French tips were all uneven, some thick & some thin. I asked him to clean it up. He got mad & started yelling at me. The female worker was sweeping the floor and without washing her hands, she took over to do my nails. No massage at the end, unevenly applied gel and overcut cuticles. Instead of fixing my French tips, she just kept filing my nails to make the thicker ones look even with the thin ones & ended up filing them so close to my nails that they hurt. Not only this but the man had dropped some marbles in the sink after emptying the bowl he used to soak my hands. He used his hands to pick up the marbles & didn’t even wash his hands after. He stopped me from throwing away paper towels I used to dry my hands & used the same paper towels during my manicure. Stay away from this place & take your money & business to a place that will appreciate you as a customer.

Horrible experience. The nail polish was extremely messy. When I asked the gentleman to clean it up around the edges he physically pushed my hand away. His female co worker finally helped me but it put such a bad taste in my mouth. He was telling me the customer I was wrong even though the nails were clearly sloppy. Not the cleanest salon either. Won’t be back !!

It was awful the male owner took literally ten min to do my pedicure I was so disgusted by the services they gave me he didn’t even cut my cuticles and the kept repeating blow dry your toe nails which I didn’t understand why he was saying it! All my nails are not straight I actually was in shock and left super upset feeling awkward if I didnt paid but I know now never to go here ever again

Honestly reviews almost kept me from coming here but when I tell you I’m so happy I didn’t listen to them!!! Leelee (Hongem) did my nails and she was a GEM !!! She was perfect!!! Hand painted French tips!!! She’s a gift and she was quick!!!

My daughter and I only go to this location Billy and his wife take excellent care of us! Not to mention they do a great job! We even got my brother there for a pedicure with us! As I said we have gone there for a long time ever since there son was a baby. They have always treated us kindly. I feel bad for those who have had a poor experience here. Some of the reviews blow my mind. Ive never in all the years we have gone there seen a negative attitude. I know they work a million hours a week which I am sure takes a toll. I don’t know I love them! We will continue to give our business until there’s a reason not to.

Never, never call for a price. Once you get there it goes up by $20. Long nails more, this shape more, this more, that more. Ummm you just did my nails 2 weeks ago, you know me by name. I’ve been there plenty of times before. If that wasn’t bad enough, why would you pay more for a deluxe pedicure and have it done in 10 minutes? Can I sit and enjoy it for a second? Oh we to busy! Oh well I paid for my services too. Just like my nails a full set square shaped gel polish, pedicure regular gel polish $96!!! To be done so fast all screwed up in shape, different thickness in acrylic. All because of how rushed out the door we are. Never again! I gave them a second chance this was it. They blew it completely and I’m not the only one. My aunt left because of the same problem, and so did her daughter my cousin and her wife.
