If you don’t care about your natural nails and also don’t care how your nails look then this is the place for you. They pride themselves in not listening to your requests and they don’t use foil or acetone, only a drill to remove your old polish so that your nails can be grooved, bruised, charred, bendy, and thin. Then after you accidentally yank your hand away because it’s too painful, they Never apologize and simply keep going like a boss. If there are bubbles, cotton threads, chipping, and grooves in your nails as they apply the polish, rest assured that they will just continue to add more layers of polish and they will remind you constantly that we nice the top coat is on and you’re in the sun you won’t even be able to tell. Never had a worst experience, the owner had to remove the gunked layers of polish. I take care of my natural nails, I was so upset because they still hurt and it’s been a week since I went and I’ve had to cut my nails all the way down because they just kept bending from how thin they filed them. The pain is coming from the base of my nails which are bruised because of how deep he was drilling into my nail despite me telling him and also despite the drilling skipping and jumping off my hands. They didn’t even offer me a refund for the service and they were not polite about it at all whatsoever.

Not just mine, but I was watching my sister’s nail girl do her pedicure next to me: I was so very impressed too. They all do a great job. We got the European $37 pedicure because of the callous treatment. He showed me what he removed and I was in awe at how effective. I’m seriously impressed because In the past, I have paid up to $85 for a pedicure in California that didn’t even come close. My feet feel like Im 15 again. Critical: QualityI’ve been coming here for several years but recently took my sister so we can both get a gel mani/pedi. Guy that did my nails rushed and cut my big toe during the pedi. He was rude when I asked him to please add another coat to my toes nails because it looked sheer. My gel mani started chipping and peeling off the VERY NEXT DAY.
