I love my nails and I loved the lady that did my nails her customer service was great! However I did make an appointment for the following Friday for a little mother-daughter pedicure and called ahead to move my appointment time. The lady on the phone said I was fine and we moved the time up. I showed up at that scheduled time we had agreed upon and she told me I had to wait three hours, which I was a little confused considering I made an appointment. Sadly we did not get to complete our mother daughter day because we did not have three hours to wait. I was just a little confused on why we can schedule appointments but still have to wait hours to be seen, otherwise no complaints.

Noticed nail polish on my shirt when I got home. The polish has bubbles in it. The gal was fast,to fast and didnt get Gel on the edges or tips either. Shaping was fast and now they need help.. Due to it..I broke a nail.

I play volleyball and the nails that they do are beautiful but not thick enough. I asked her to make the acrylic thicker *I was willing to pay* because I had volleyball and the lady looked at me and said they were strong so I would be fine. I paid 35 dollars *which isn’t bad* for nails that barely lasted 2 days because the lady didn’t do as asked. It makes me upset that I paid for nails that didn’t last longer because she didn’t want to add an extra coat of acrylic.

The team at Happy Nails was wonderful! They were quick but thorough, and everything was spotlessly clean and sanitary. They did beautiful work on my granddaughter’s acrylics. My manicure lasted 10 days even with dishwashing, and my pedi is still looking perfect after almost two weeks. It’s a shame we live so far away, I would be back regularly. My husband even got his hair cut there while he waited for us girls to be finished, and he was really impressed. Done way to fast when it was not busy then they have practiced unsafe measures by trying to use same files on other customers that was already used. I gave had my nails done 4 times by them and they put them on side ways or the use to small of tips and they come off on a week or less. They also have one lady start the process then they switch around 3 more times so you have multiple people doing your nails that is not practicing safe clean measures
