Excellent service, my wife is satisfied about her nails being nice polish after visiting Happy Nails & Day Spa. At first we thought price was kind of expensive but it was well worth it. The employees are also friendly and show some good hospitality to their customers. I highly recommend coming here if you want your nails done. I’m also enjoy talking to one of their employees name Tina and the way how she interact with us customers is great!

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED with the nail shop I gave so much credit too. I beginning to THINK they’re prejudice & call & ask if I can have an appointment with Van she answered the call & said YES come on. Got there went in No worker said hi or hello. I proceeded to pick my polish another female customer walks in after me the newest worker there greeted her with a Hello. How may I help you ma’am? I walked towards the restroom there I saw Van in the eyebrow room. I changed my pants to get my pedicure & I walked out to go to the pedicure chair. Van said to me the other lady want her nails done & the new lady do you & she good. In her broken English. I told her No ma’am I called requested you & no I will not. I’m furious because I spend a tremendous amount of $$$$$$$$$ there & I don’t get or looking for discounts. I expect better services than what I had been receiving. This is terrible & horrible! I didn’t think I would have to deal with this nail shop that I often attended. I guess my money isn’t good enough or green like my counter parts.”PISS POOR SERVICES!”‘ I’ll never return to ungrateful nail salon who think others money isn’t good as anybody else

Initially, I was impressed facility was clean and staff was nice. I showed my desired designed to tech, and she assured me she could do it “no problem” she said. Things started out okay, she was rough and burned me with file a couple of times. Then she started the design removing once after her first couple of lines, then I had her retry before curing. We went through thi process twice on the final time she tried to convince me “it looks just like picture.” Nope not at all, I told her that I’d pay for what she’d done and go somewhere else. She asked me to let try again so I did. It still looked horrible. I told her to remove the design and just cure it so I could leave. I paid $45 and tipped her because she did try. When I got to the truck I saw that my rhinestones were cloudy and the nails had air bubbles, streaks, and rough spots in them. I went back in and asked that she refund half the money due to poor quality and showed her the flaws. She said no refund, they are perfect. So I asked for the manager, and she said the manager was out, I said I’d wait…of course then the manager wouldn’t be back today. I said great, I’ll come back when will the manager be back in and what was his/her name. The tech became annoyed and grabbed my hands saying she’ll fix it, I would pull them away and she kept grabbing them. Finally I became forceful and insisted that she not touch me. Another younger lady came over (I’m assuming she was the manager) inspected my nails and they exchanged words, and she pointed out the air bubbles and agreed to take them off and give me a full refund. No problem, the 1st tech cuts the nails down and starts filing this time cutting me with the tool. Luckily the 2nd lady came over and completed the removal. She is the only reason I’m giving them 2 stars. She gave me my refund and was professional throughout the whole ordeal.

So I arrived at 3:11 and left 5:37, the regular pedicure and only clear polish on regular manicure. Never again. I can say the guy was polite. Take way to long for a “ok” job. And not a fan of massage process ever, but needless to say, you won’t miss much if you pass that up too.
